• Courier company name
• Live tracking link (if available)

4. Order Dispatch

Delays may occur during festivals or high-order periods.

5. Incorrect Address

Ephio is not responsible if:

• The customer enters an incorrect or incomplete address
• Courier delivery fails due to customer unavailability

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If a package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier.
